ABOUT US

RELOCATION.

As the production area at the Freudenberg location soon became insufficient, the company relocated its headquarters to Mudersbach in Rhineland-Palatinate. The new production area now measures 200 square meters.

NEW BUILDING.

Through another relocation and additional construction, the total area is expanded to 70 square meters of office space and 350 square meters of production area. The crane capacities now reach up to 10 metric tons.

THIRD CNC BORING MILL.

With the acquisition of a new CNC boring mill, the complete transition to Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) manufacturing is realized.

NEW LOGO.

A more modern brand appearance now emphasizes the the development of the company.

FIRST MACHINING CENTER.

A first step towards automation is taken with the
purchase of a DMC 650 V machining center from Deckel Maho. The machine is equipped with the latest HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 control system.

DESIGN / CAD.

Computer Aided Design.

Expanding the design capabilites by creating a new workstation and investing in additional CAD software.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING.

In addition to conventional manufacturing processes,
we now integrate the capabilites and benefits of
additive manufacturing into our production.

FOUNDATION.

In 1992, the Uebach brothers Lutz and Dirk founded the company in a small double garage in Freudenberg / North Rhine-Westphalia. Initially, production was purely converntional.

FIRST CNC BORING MILL.

The first step into the future was taken with the acquisition of a new boring mill from the manufacturer DEFUM.

SECOND CNC BORING MILL.

Soon after, the machine park is expanded to include another CNC boring mill.

EXPANSION.

Additional capacities are created with a hall extension of 330 square meters and crane capacities of up to 25 metric tons.

NEW BORING MILL.

Here, the individual components are manufactured in-house and assembled independently by Uebach.

CAM.

Computer Aided Manufacturing.

In order to ensure a safer and more efficient production process, the CNC programming is
supported by a CAM software. This also provides a broader range of capabilities in the field of tool and mold making.

NEW MACHINING CENTER.

Development and manufacturing.

Customized for our own production needs, the design and implementation of the new machining center begins.
